COLEEN Nolan’s son Shane has become a father for the second time.
The son of the Loose Women star and EastEnders actor Shane Richie took to Instagram to confirm the news this morning.
He shared a snap of the newborn to reveal this his girlfriend Kimberley had given birth.
Confirming their son’s name as Cruz-Carter, Shane wrote as his caption to the sweet announcement: “Welcome to this crazy world my son.
“Cruz-Carter was born on 13th November at 3am weighing 6lb 6 ounces.
“Words can’t express the love I have you for you already. I literally can’t stop staring at you.
“As for you @kimberley.s.6 , you are the strongest , bravest woman I know.
“Thank you for giving me a son, I can’t wait to go through this journey together as a family. I love you.”
He then included various hashtags with one of them stating “#dadlife”.
Proud grandmother Coleen also shared a snap of her cradling the tot and insisted she was “obsessed” with the new arrival to the family already.
Coleen said: “Just when I thought I had no more love to give , along came you… Cruz-Carter 6lb 6oz .
“I’m obsessed with you already!“
The arrival of Shane’s new child comes amid an ongoing family feud with the nepo-baby being accused of ignoring his own daughter’s existence.
He slammed his child’s mother Emma Kivell, earlier this month as reports of their tension began to emerge.
It was claimed by a source close to the Nolans that Emma has stopped Coleen, 60, from seeing her granddaughter Amelia Rose due to an ongoing feud with her son Shane Jr, 36.
Shane and Emma discovered they were expecting a child in 2016 but are understood to have never been in a committed relationship.
Since the revelations of the feud there have been various social media swipes popping up online.
One came from someone who appeared to know Emma and claimed that Shane, who regularly performs with his own band and is the son of EastEnders star Shane Richie, had snubbed his daughter at a live show.
In the comments of a Facebook post, someone alleged: “Daughter in front of you a few years back – yet you didn’t once go an make contact or even attempt to let her know you love her.
“Says a lot for the contact you desperate seek [sic].”
Shane was furious with this comment and immediately hit back, denying this was the case.
“Ur a disgrace, how dare you! I didn’t see her and did not know she was there,” he vented.
“It’s mad how u get away with writing anything when u ur mates with one side. Shocking behaviour [sic].”
Previously laying bare how bad things had got, Emma said: “He’s never asked how she is, how she’s doing, if she needs anything, not even a message during the height of COVID. Financial support stopped during that time too, and only resumed because of court enforcement.”
Emma added: “There is so much more I could say and in time, I probably will.
“But for now, let me be clear: speaking the truth does not make me the villain.”
