Next makes MAJOR change to its jeans sizes & it means in-between girlies might finally be able to find a pair that fits

IT’S a predicament that we’ve all found ourselves in at one point or another.

And there’s nothing more annoying than trying to find a new pair of jeans, only to find you’re too big for one size but too small for another.

So it’s no wonder Next has been praised for its jean sizes, that are going to change the game for any in-between girlies.

One delighted fashion fan took to TikTok to share screenshots of jeans on the Next website, which were available in sizes from a NINE to an 18 – and everything in between.

So as well as standard clothing sizes such as 8, 10, 12, 14, there are jeans in sizes 7, 9, 11, 13 and so on.

“This is a game changer for jeans!” the Solo Shopper wrote over the picture on her TikTok.

“Anyone else spotted the in between sizes new in at Next?” she captioned her post.

“What a game changer! No more wrong sizes.

“Smashed it!”

“You’re welcome,” Next commented on the TikTok.

“Did not know this – this could absolutely change the game!” another added.

“Noooo, not when I’ve not long bought jeans after having a baby and one size is too small and one is too large so it’s large and a belt!” a third yelled.

“But great for my next purchase!”

“Omg GIMME AN 11!!!!! I’ve for that to be a size forever,” someone else insisted.

“I work at Next and can’t believe they don’t advertise that they do this!!” another mused.

“Right?! They should make a massive deal!?” the TikToker replied.

“No way! That’s sooo good – I have been in-between at Next for the last year,” someone else said.

“NEXT WHAT?!” another shouted.

How to look chic on a budget

Fashion stylist Gemma Rose Breger, and beauty journalist Samantha Silver revealed how you can make your outfits elevated without spending hundreds of pounds.

  1. Don’t ever spend on designer denim: River Island ”always has such a great selection of fashion-forward jeans that follow the current trends”. The high street retailer offers a great range of sizes to fit UK 6 – UK 18, and three leg lengths – and prices start from an affordable £25.
  2. There are no rules for jewels: ”Pick up something at a car boot sale, or charity shop, scroll on Vinted & eBay, snap up something from the clothing section in your local supermarket when doing the food shop or check out high street clothing stores.”
  3. Don’t forget the pre-loved sites: With a rising number of second-hand sites, such as Vinted and Depop, there’s no excuse for not buying – or selling – pre-loved garments. Gemma, for instance, has managed to get her hands on chic Chanel sunnies for a mere £17.

“I’ve been saying this for years shops need to do in-between sizes! How amazing!” someone else praised.

While it seems Next actually introduced the in-between sizes a while ago, the different options are now available on the majority of the jeans on their website.
