MIKE TYSON has opened up on his secret health battle which is “still kicking his a**”.
The boxing icon made the revelation during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Tyson, 59, has taken on many opponents over his career in the ring but is now battling a different kind of foe.
He revealed that he is suffering from foot fungus after being asked why he does not wear socks.
Tyson said: “This drives me crazy, I’ll be honest.
“I only used to for fighting where that was my image. It was real hardcore, no socks.
“But then, I somehow discovered that I had a disintegrating dose of foot fungus.
“And it was really bad. It’s still really bad now.”
Kimmel then asked the retired brawler, “Would you say that foot fungus is your greatest opponent of all?”
To which Tyson added: “Well, I would have to say so because it’s still kicking my a** now.”

Kimmel then joked that Tyson’s revelation could be used for a Desenex – foot cream – advert.
But Tyson was convinced he would have to fight the ailment alone.
He said: “Desenex can not help me.
“My toes look like they blew up.”
Iron Mike hung up his gloves for the first time 20 years ago following his defeat to Kevin McBride.
He has since returned to the ring for exhibition bouts against Roy Jones Jr and YouTuber Jake Paul.

Tyson lost by unanimous decision and has insisted he will talk about what “happened” in his upcoming one-man-show, Return of the Mike.
He said: “It’s going to be really interesting.
“I can’t believe, since the last time I did this, I’ve fought… What? Two times, going on three times…I’ll do better in the next one.”
