DOMINO’S has released a bizarre dip advent calendar just in time for Christmas that only has one flavour.
The pizza brand have put a unique spin on the countdown to Christmas with 24 days of Garlic and Herb Dip.
Domino’s limited edition “Dipmas” advent calendar will be available until Sunday, November 16 so you best be quick.
With each passing day of the festive season, Domino’s wants Brits to experiment with new dip combinations all month long.
The Dipmas challenges are revealed behind each of the 24 doors – each day, you’ll uncover a new flavour combo or festive activity to try out.
Launching the wacky calendar, the pizza makers released a video of one fan bravely taking on the tasks.
The festive taste test saw chocolate coins, candy canes, gingerbread and even brussels sprouts dipped in Garlic and Herb.
Izzy Gardener said: “Part of what defines us here at Domino’s is that we’re not afraid to be bold with our flavours. This Christmas we wanted to mix things up a little bit, by adding a cheeky twist on a Christmas tradition.
“We wanted to show Brits that Garlic & Herb Dip isn’t just an everyday favourite – it’s the ultimate holiday companion, perfect for every Christmassy bite!”
This invention is the latest from the pizza producers, which previously showcased the Pothole Pro Max – a bike with built in oven, designed to cope with the worst potholes.
As well as a Pepperoni Passion inspired perfume, which was released ahead of Valentine’s Day this year.
They even released their own robot “Domidog” to help safely deliver pizza to customers at the beach this summer.
They also released what was perhaps the weirdest Easter Egg in April – also inspired by their iconic Garlic and Herb Dip.
White chocolate eggs were infused with garlic & herb flavours, created by those at the pizza maker’s HQ.
It also came with a 25g pot of the sauce for those who dare to experience them together.
With Garlic & Herb dip being regarded as their most popular, the brand previously reported in 2023 Brits consumed enough to fill 17 Olympic sized swimming pools.
Classic calendars
But if you’re not a fan and would prefer to stick to the classic chocolate advent calendars, there are a huge range on offer.
With just weeks left until Christmas, most UK supermarkets have already stocked their festive buys.
This includes a wide variety of advent calendar options, including the crowd favourite Cadbury’s buy.
