ERLING HAALAND made incredible history that even Cristiano Ronaldo did not manage with his goal against Borussia Dortmund.
The Norweigian scored his 18th goal of the season in the Champions League win over his former employers.
Haaland, 25, netted the second of the game as the Cityzens stormed to a 4-1 victory at the Etihad.
The goal means he has scored in each of his last five Champions League appearances for Man City.
He started the run last term with his two goals against Real Madrid in the first leg of the knockout round.
He did not feature in the second leg but has continued to score in this season’s campaign.
He netted against Napoli, before grabbing a brace in Monaco and then scoring in the 2-0 win over Villarreal, before facing Dortmund.
And the Cityzens are not the first club at which the prolific forward has achieved the feat at.
He also scored in five Champions League games in a row at both Dortmund and Red Bull Salzburg.
Haaland is the first player in the history of the competition to complete the achievement.

The latest goal in Europe’s premier tournament sees the star take his record to 54 goals in just 52 Champions League outings.
This puts him TENTH in the all-time scoring list of the tournament just three behind German legend Thomas Muller.
Haaland still has a way to go before he tops that leaderboard as Ronaldo leads the way on 141 goals.
Lionel Messi is second in the list with 129.
Haaland’s goals have proved crucial to Man City this season as he is by far the club’s top scorer.
But team-mate Jeremy Doku has claimed that the former Dortmund ace brings more to the club than just goals.
Speaking after the win, the Belgian winger told TNT sports: “Erling’s numbers are unbelievable.
“He scored one goal tonight but he’s so much more than just goals and assists. He’s so important for us.
“Two wins this week, make it three [against] Liverpool on Sunday.
“That would make it a perfect week before the international break.”
Haaland will be hoping to increase his Premier League tally against Liverpool on the weekend.
The striker has already hit 13 in the league this season – just nine short of his tally from last term.
However, he has done it in just 10 appearances compared to the 31 outings last season.
He is currently on course to smash his record of 36 goals in 35 Premier League appearances during his debut campaign in England.
Since making the move to Man City in 2022, he has made 107 appearances in England’s top flight and scored 98 goals.
He has already surpassed icons such as Ruud van Nistelrooy and Dimitar Berbatov.
Haaland is just two goals shot of the 100 club and five shy of matching Ronaldo’s Premier League tally.
