BIG Brother has been hit by over 600 Ofcom complaints in just one week, as fans hit out at the ‘horrific bullying’ on the show.
The hit reality show has received complaints on October 28th, 31st and November 2nd.
On all of those dates, the majority of complaints related to Caroline’s behaviour.
On the 28th, Ofcom complaints were also regarding religious references towards Richard, and again during the live eviction episode on the 31st.
The same applied for the complaints made on November 2nd.
The majority of the complaints were made during the October 28th episode, with 345 complaints in total for the reality show.
In that episode, Caroline was branded a bully by fans.
The Sun revealed that the housemates would be holding face-to-face nominations.
Addressing her co-stars, PR executive Caroline, 56, revealed her first pick to nominate was 60-year-old Richard.
She said: “This is Mr. Richard, Dickie Dickie. The reason is Dickie, you’re so f*****g boring.
“Last night when I said ‘let’s all have a pizza’, you went ‘no no, I don’t want to do that’. Have a bit of fun.
“The other reason is, if there’s anything controversial you run to the hills and you don’t join in to conversations.
“I think you’re scared of slipping up because there’s a bit of naughtiness in you and you’re hiding it behind your bible.”
Caroline also took a jab at housemate Cameron after using the “save and replace” token to swap Tate for Zelah on the chopping board.
Claiming she picked Zelah as someone who wouldn’t get evicted, she said of Cameron: “If I’d picked him, I know he’d go.”
Writing online, one viewer penned: “She’s just disgusting. Picks on the quiet ones, total bully behaviour.”
Another added: “Richard or Cameron to win just to p**s Caroline off.”
A third said: “She drops an unnecessarily mean comment then immediately tries to justify it by saying she was only joking, lighten up, it’s not that deep, it’s a game.
“I’m sure if she was on the receiving end of the relentless bullying she’d be sobbing in the diary room.”
While a fourth remarked: “Bullying is not Entertainment.”
