It’s far to say that ever since they were wed on Married At First Sight, Ash and Grace have not seen eye to eye.

They have clashed on various issues, and on Wednesday night they were seen calling it quits following another row at the latest dinner party.

Now, Grace appears to have taken a swipe at Ash, just days after they were seen ending their relationship.

It came after she shared a post on Instagram of Ash and controversial groom Steven smiling together.

CALLING IT QUITS

Ash and Grace were seen calling time on their marriage this week.

In the latest episode, the MAFS cast got together for their weekly dinner party, and things came to a head for the warring couple.

Things went from bad to worse for the couple following Wife Swap week.

Ashley realised that he was “happier” during his time away from Grace, while she thought her husband was acting “selfish” when he returned, and wasn’t willing to sort things out.

In Wednesday night’s episode things finally came to a head and the couple admitted that they could “no longer go on”.

Following another argument at the dinner table, Ashley stormed off and admitted to wanting to leave the show.

“I’d hate to hurt Grace’s feelings. I just feel like I can’t give any more to this. So I have to be selfish and put myself first,”the tearful groom told producers.

Ashley was then seen with his head in his hands, while an emotional Grace admitted the relationship was over.

While stroking his back, she said chocking back the tears: “I would have really liked if this had worked out.

“I think we recognise now there was never anyway it was going to (work).

“But yeah, you do know that deep down.”

Speaking to the camera, just before the credits rolled, she said: “I think there was a time where Ash and I had something worth fighting for.

“But I just don’t think he’s listening. If I could have got through to Ash, if I could have helped Ash see where I’m coming from, I’m not convinced he will ever see my point of view.

“But I hope he’ll come close to it at some point. Maybe he could have been the one. There’s so much I love about Ash that’s never changed.

“But I think it’s just too far gone now. It’s just beyond repair.”

It comes just a few days after a tearful commitment ceremony earlier this week, which saw the couple on the verge of leaving.

However, despite Grace breaking down as she spoke to the experts, she chose to “stay” another week.

ROCKY ROAD

Ever since their wedding day, Grace and Ashley’s marriage has been very rocky.

Just last week, their connection was tested to the limit during Love/Hate Week.

The clash – which saw groom Ashley walk out of their coffee date – is the latest in a long line of fiery arguments with wife Grace.

It came after eagle-eyed fans suspected the pair’s partnership was already over when they spotted the pair had unfollowed each other on social media.

Grace and Ashley have been a notoriously rocky MAFS pairing so far, with the Norwich lass breaking down in tears as soon as she met her husband at the altar because she didn’t find him attractive.

She even threatened to leave the show in the aftermath before likening discussions with her operations director spouse as “like talking to a brick wall”.

Viewers have even deemed her as a walking red flag and blasted her “manipulative” attitude.

While the outcome of their partnership remains to be seen, things aren’t looking rosy as they progress to the next stage of the series.

During their task on Love/Hate week, in a teaser for the next MAFS instalment, Grace looks unhappy as she tells her spouse: “You’ll quite happily shift the blame to me.

“I can’t win with you.”

Clearly not up for a row, Ashley jumps straight off his seat and says: “This isn’t me, I just don’t know.”

In a piece to camera he continues: “Grace is f**ing hard work.”
