Horse racing tips: ‘He’s in amazing form winning by 58 lengths’

TEMPLEGATE takes on a cracking Friday’s racing confident of bashing the bookies.

Back a horse simply by clicking their odds below.

MAGISTRATO (2.55 Wetherby, nap)

Can land a fab four-timer. Deborah Cole’s chaser has been in amazing form on his past three starts, winning by a total of 58 lengths and he was eased down here last time by champion jockey Sean Bowen who stays on board. This is slightly tougher company but trip and track are ideal and he’ll be hard to stop in his current mood.

CAPTAIN COOL (4.05 Wetherby, nb)

He has taken a big step forward since moving into handicap hurdles at Sedgefield. He was a close second there last month before more than matching that effort to win 23 days ago. He stays well at that tough track so should have no issue stepping up in trip from a fair 5lb higher in the weights.

PRINCLING (1.10 Newmarket, treble)

Went down in a head-bobber on debut at Kempton 18 days ago. That was a really promising start from William Haggas’ son of Kingman who looks certain to take a big step forward. This looks a decent contest and he can come out on top.
