Abi and John have quickly become one of the experiment’s strongest couples but the pair may not be on the same page when it comes to the future.
During tonight’s commitment ceremony the pair were the first couple up to the couch to discuss their past week.
The couple shared that they would want to have kids together in a shock revelation and appeared all smiles.
But when Abi was further questioned by Expert Paul C Brunson, who said he was playing ‘devil’s advocate’, she appeared to look tense.
Even though Abi admitted she wanted kids with John she has not yet said “I love you”, Paul later questioned: “Do you think that you’ve put the cart before the horse? Discussing a child, but not confirming that you love your partner.”
Abi replied: “I see what you mean, but I can definitely see John being an amazing dad. So I feel comfortable to having those discussions.
“You need to be on the same page and even at the wedding, we had this discussion about whether we wanted kids.”
John added: “I see qualities in Abby that I would want in the mother of my child but we also know we have to have all of this right before we have children.”
Paul continued: “We push you to think about this relationship, because we want it to be right. It feels good. It looks good. But we just want to ensure that it is good, right?”
The camera then cuts to Abi who appears to look uncomfortable and left questioning her relationship with John.
Fans took to X to fans reeling over the moment, one user said: “Looking at Abi’s slightly tense face, I don’t think is as into John as she is saying.”
“Abigail always hesitates for a split second before she answers the question,” added another.
“Abi’s face is saying something else,” chimed a third.
Just last week the pair admitted that they had taken the next step in their relationship.
The couple revealed things had been getting steamy in the bedroom.
A smitten Abi says: “We definitely have a physical connection, very pleased with how that’s going.”
An equally delighted John was seen smiling from ear to ear as Abi revealed to the group that they’d been intimate.
