A BY-ELECTION in Wales today could see Reform grasp another historic victory over Labour.
Voters have taken to the polls in Caerphilly to select a new representative to Welsh parliament.

The Senedd seat has been held by Labour since devolution in 1999 and the wider area has been represented by a red MP since 1918.
Current polling puts Reform on track to win the constituency, with the party sitting on 42 per cent support.
But it will be a close race against Plaid Cymru on 38 per cent.
In a major blow to Sir Keir Starmer, Labour is now trailing behind on a dismal 12 per cent.
Results will be announced in the early hours of Friday and are already being touted as a look into the possible future political make-up of Westminster.
As polls opened, Reform’s candidate Llŷr Powell said: “Let’s vote for a better future.
“Let’s bring money back to Caerphilly.
“Put your family and friends first.
“Vote Reform today.”
Nigel Farage said: “Today is the day to end 100 years of Labour rule in Caerphilly.”
Rhun ap Iorwerth, the leader of Plaid Cymru, urged voters to support his party “to keep Reform out”.
He said: “Vote for Lindsay Whittle in Caerphilly today to keep Reform out and elect a strong local champion who will always stand up for your community.”
