CELEBRITY Traitors star Ruth Codd has taken a swipe at Alan Carr after appearing on the show together.
The 29-year-old actress shared a clip to TikTok about having “trust issues” with the comedian after believing he was trying to befriend her on the show.
Ruth was murdered on the BBC game show last week when Jonathan Ross opted to take her out after she became suspicious of his Traitor status.
However, it appears her beef remains firmly with Alan.
In a video the star uploaded to her TikTok account, Ruth captioned the clip: “You think you have trust issues?
“I thought my favourite comedian was following me around because they wanted to be my friend but they were actually trying to murder me for 24 hours straight on national television.”
The Netflix actress has caused a stir since leaving the Castle after appearing to be left dissatisfied with her murder on the show.
As well as subtle swipes at her co-stars, she has confessed there was a “secret hierarchy” during filming.
Dishing on her time on the show, Ruth revealed a hidden hierarchy in the group that put certain people “at a disadvantage”, and took aim at the cast following her dramatic exit.
“There was probably an unspoken hierarchy in there,” she told The Sunday Times, “and that placed certain people like myself at a disadvantage, because I haven’t been in the industry very long”.
Her comments appeared to be taking aim at the more famous names in the programme with Ruth arguably being one of the least notable.
Discussing her exit, she said: “I knew this was coming.
“I was murdered definitely because I was a threat to the traitors. I was one of the few people in the group that had my own mind.”
The actress, who appeared in 2022 Netflix thriller series The Midnight Club, revealed Clare Balding became her ally on the show, telling The Sunday Times: “She knows her own mind.”
Ruth also spilled the tea on what happens behind the scenes – admitting strict booze controls, as well as a phone ban.
“You’re quite isolated,” she explained. “You don’t have a phone, you don’t have a TV, you’ve no idea what’s going on in the outside world, so it’s all you’re thinking about.”
“They’re very strict on alcohol,” she added. “It’s not boozy at all. You’re allowed two drinks at night.”
