PORN is ruining sex for a third of under 30s, a poll shows.

They say getting their kicks online has dulled their interest in real-life relations — and even caused erectile dysfunction.

The survey of 5,300 Gen Zers aged 18 to 29 found eight in ten watch pornography regularly.

And the poll, by LADbible and Movember, found it made 32 per cent of them less interested in having sex for real.

Meanwhile, 34 per cent of men blamed it for bouts of impotence.

It chimes with separate research by Superdrug Online Doctor which revealed that under-35s made up half of patients searching for Viagra.

Lucy Whitehouse, boss of sex education charity Fumble, said: “Porn can become a problem when it forms an idea of what real-life intimacy should look like.

“This is what we need to address — we need to speak about what’s real and what isn’t.”

The research found two thirds of Gen Z first watched porn before the age of 16, and those who started young viewed it more often as adults.

Most of those questioned said what they watched online influenced their habits and turn-ons in real life.

And 80 per cent feared the effect it was having.

Dr Paula Hall, from Pivotal Recovery rehab, added: “Now is the time for the Government to step in and invest in tackling this public health concern.”
