Top UK supermarket brings back retro chocolate bar dubbed ‘better than KitKat’ after 25 YEARS

A MAJOR supermarket has announced the return of an iconic chocolate bar after 25 years.

The popular chain is bringing back the sweet treat in its original retro packaging.

St Michael Take 4 chocolate bar will be hitting the shelves of M&S after over two decades.

The four finger wafer bar was first sold in the 1980s, and is making a comeback in its nostalgic wrapper.

M&S has posted the announcement on the firm’s official Instagram account.

The post read: “We’re re-introducing another St Michael sensation, with this simply *cracking* chocolate bar from our archives, in its full retro-inspired glory.”

The Take 4 consists of four crispy wafers covered in thick milk chocolate.

It’s the perfect treat to dunk in your cup during your tea break.

Fans have rushed to the comments to celebrate the return of the beloved chocolate.

The Christmas drink is retailing for only £6 a bottle and will get you into a holiday spirit early.

M&S isn’t the only retailer to re-introduce a nostalgic treat.

B&M shoppers have spotted a tub of sweets that brings them back to childhood.

The pink and white mice sweets were a childhood classic for many, and can be found at the bargain retailer.

Meanwhile, the retro 80s sweet Opal were spotted on the shelves of Tesco for just 31p, 27 years after being discontinued.
