A CAR and van insurance firm with over 16,000 customers has gone into administration, leaving thousands of drivers without cover.
Premier Insurance Company Limited (Premier Insurance) collapsed this week following an application to the Supreme Court of Gibraltar.
Customers with the firm have been told to consider alternative motor insurance as soon as possible to avoid future claims not being covered.

The company, which predominantly wrote car and motorcycle insurance policies for UK customers, stopped writing new insurance in January 2025.
