ALEC Baldwin and his brother have been involved in a horror car crash after their white Range Rover ploughed head-first into a tree.
The 67-year-old actor and his younger sibling Stephen, 59, narrowly avoided a rubbish lorry as they reportedly veered off the road in The Hamptons.
They were driving through East Hampton, New York, on Monday when they totalled the Range Rover in the accident.
After the crash, the brothers were seen looking at the wreckage of the pricey motor, according to pictures published by TMZ.
The car’s front had directly smashed into the huge tree with much of the hood appearing to be crumpled.
It is unclear who was behind the wheel at the time.
Oscar-winner Alec was seen looking stressed as he took a phone call in the pouring rain after the accident.
Stephen stood by the car taking pictures of the damage as police quickly arrived to the scene.
A garbage truck could also be seen in the pictures with the owner assuring reporters on the scene that he was not responsible for the crash.
The Baldwin brothers were left uninjured in the nasty collision.
The pair has attended the Chairman’s Brunch at the 33rd Hamptons International Film Festival together on Sunday evening.
It comes as a first look trailer for Alec’s controversial movie Rust has been released.
Baldwin was under investigation for involuntary manslaughter during filming when cinematographer Hayla Hutchins was fatally shot on set by a prop gun.
In October 2021, Baldwin used what he thought was a prop gun with fake bullets but a real bullet was actually fired.
One fatally hit Hutchins as well as wounding director Joel Souza.
The actor was unaware that head armorer on set Hannah Gutierrez-Reed had mistakenly loaded a live bullet into the weapon.
Prosecutors claimed that Baldwin was reckless with a firearm on the set, endangering others.
He insisted he never fired the gun and only simply cocked its hammer.
Charges against Baldwin were dropped last year as he the The Departed star wept in court when the verdict was read out.
Rust is set to be released in May.
