Frida Redknapp showed off her incredible physique in a black bikini as she enjoyed a wellness retreat in the Maldives, after her husband Jamie revealed how son Charley felt about him welcoming a baby with her.
The Swedish model, 41, shared the bikini-clad on her Instagram grid on Friday and looked the epitome of relaxation while soaking up the sun.
Frida – neé Andersson – has headed to the tropical islands for Soneva Fushi’s signature transformative wellness retreat, which takes place from October 9 to 13.
‘Just landed in paradise ✨ Ready to soak up the sun, the energy, and all the inspiration with @soneva @sonevasoul,’ she captioned her post.
In a further clip from her carousel, the Scandinavian beauty filmed herself from behind as she walked towards the beach, boasting her slender frame in a brown sports co-ord.
Taking a few days off to slow down, she snapped herself wearing a face mask and holding a cookie as she indulged in some self care.

Her carefree trip comes shortly after her husband Jamie revealed his eldest son Charley didn’t react well when he first told him he would be having a son with Frida.
The retired footballer, 52, is father to Charley, 21, and Beau, 16, with ex-wife Louise Redknapp and welcomed son Raphael, three, with Frida in November 2021.
During an appearance on The Romesh Ranganathan Show, Jamie admitted he is ‘a bit more relaxed’ as a father this time around.
And in a rare insight into his private life, the star discussed how his older sons felt when they learned he was having another baby with Frida.
Asked what the most difficult part of having another child was, he said: ‘It was actually telling the kids that they were going to have a younger brother.
‘It didn’t go down that well with Charley, I’ve got to be honest. I went to pick him up at school and tell him Frida was pregnant [and] it went down like a lead balloon, if I’m honest.’
Jamie, who split from Charley’s mother Louise in 2017 after 19 years of marriage, understood his son’s reaction.
‘I got it, I totally understood it because his had been turned upside down — you’re married, everything feels straightforward, and then you meet someone else and you get married again,’ he said.

The footballer added that he knew ‘nothing was going to change from Charley and Beau’s aspect.’
In July, Jamie shared a heartfelt birthday post for Charley as he turned 21.
‘So proud of the man you’re becoming and even prouder to call you not just my son, but my mate,’ he wrote. ‘Keep putting in the work, your dreams are within reach.
‘You’re also the best big brother, the way you are with Rapha and Beau melts my heart. Such a great role model, and they’re so lucky to have you.
‘Now that you’re 21, I’m hoping you’ll finally start beating me at golf… but I won’t make it easy! Can’t wait for a few days on the course together.
‘So excited for everything ahead of you. Love you so much my Charley boy.’
Louise has been in a relationship with businessman Drew Michael since 2023.
She told The Sun: ‘Drew’s great. We’re having a lovely time together. It took me a long time to get to that place and be open about anything.

‘I was very guarded and scared. But I’m really enjoying having special times with someone. He’s a great guy and super-kind.’
Asked if there are wedding bells on the horizon she added: ‘Oh, I’m not even thinking that far ahead. I’m not even going there.
‘I just want to be proud of this and I want to really enjoy it. I’ve met a really great guy and I’m really happy. But you never know what the future holds.’
She added in the interview that her two sons really get on well with Drew which makes life much easier.
