SYNAGOGUE suspect Jihad al-Shamie was allegedly on bail for rape when he killed two in a terror attack.
The 35-year-old was due up in court following the alleged sex attack earlier this year, it is understood.

Syrian-born al-Shamie was shot dead by armed police after driving into worshippers at the Heaton Park synagogue yesterday.
He also stabbed terrified members of the public – killing Melvin Cravitz, 66, and Adrian Daulby, 53.
Four others were injured in the horror on Yom Kippur – the holiest day in the Jewish calendar.
Al-Shamie was not known counter-terrorism agencies but had previous convictions, the Guardian reports.
