She recently moved into a new apartment in Los Angeles with her two children, amid one of the most tumultuous divorces in celebrity history
And after publicly lambasting her ex-husband Ioan Gruffud and his wife Bianca Wallace, now the volatile British actress Alice Evans appears to have fallen out with her neighbours.
Appearing worse for wear, Ms Evans, who has two daughters with Welsh hunk Gruffudd, is seen calling one neighbour a ‘b***h’ and a ‘scary old woman’ in unseen Ring doorbell footage from July 11, just six weeks after she moved into the apartment.
The star, most famous for her role in 102 Dalmatians where she met Ioan, looks furious as she demands that her female neighbour lets her in.
Ms Evans shouts: ‘You have to f****** answer the door right now.’
When the woman doesn’t, Ms Evans repeatedly says she is going to call 911, and insists that the neighbour has been harassing her, warning: ‘You need to f****** stop.’

In February, Alice Evans said she was being evicted from her LA home after being ‘unable to pay her rent’

She later accuses her neighbour of leaving notes on her car before swearing at her. Ms Evans adds: ‘You’re trying to f*ck people’s lives up, you want to f*ck people’s lives up. I am going to call the police. You won’t let me in?
‘You are a f****** pain for everybody. Do you know that? Everybody hates you. You’re a scary old woman.’
The neighbour asks Ms Evans what she wants and accuses her of recording ‘everything’ and putting it on social media. The woman then tells Ms Evans that she is being ‘very dramatic’, adding: ‘I just want to live in peace.’
Sources tell me that one of the reasons for Ms Evans’s fury is that her neighbours put notes on her car because she has been known to park it so that it blocks them from driving away.
I can reveal that Ms Evans’s neighbours in the same block – in the LA district of Encino – believe that the star is ‘out of control’. Some are struggling to sleep because they are becoming so stressed by her behaviour.
One source says that on the same evening Ms Evans shouted into the Ring doorbell, another neighbour told her at 2.30am to stop making such a racket.
‘Alice has been upsetting a lot of people in the block – it is getting out of control,’ says my source. Anyone who complains about her gets shouted at. It is causing a lot of problems for people who had been living peacefully until her arrival.
‘The other tenants say that she is noisy and causes disturbances. Alice appears to have a particular issue with the woman she is seen shouting at through the Ring doorbell: she really doesn’t like her. Alice is causing disturbances and it isn’t fair.’
Alice and her ex-husband Ioan, who married in 2007 in an opulent ceremony in Mexico, have been engulfed in a bitter and very public feud for more than four years after the split in March 2021.

It came shortly after Ms Evans announced on social media that her husband of 14 years, who starred in the Fantastic Four superhero movie, was walking out on her and their daughters Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11.
Since then the ex-couple have been locked in an increasingly bitter divorce, which has played out in legal filings at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Amid their very public spat, Ms Evans revealed in February that she was going to be evicted from her former home because she couldn’t pay the rent – despite Gruffudd paying her spousal support and maintenance for their children.
In May, Ms Evans, 56, claimed in court documents that she would be homeless in three weeks because her financial situation was so ‘dire’ following her divorce.
She then created her own divorce fundraiser, setting up a GoFundMe which has so far raised $18,828, but admitted she was ‘so embarrassed’ to have to do so.
But in June, Ms Evans revealed that she, her daughters and her dog Emma now have a ‘roof over their heads’ and had retained their possessions. She thanked fans for their generous donations.
She said: ‘Just wanted to tell everybody that me and the girls and Emma are safe… It’s been a whirlwind but we made it through the last three days and managed to save all our belongings too!
‘We could never, ever have done this without the incredible love and kindness from all of you. Honestly I was at my wits’ end and you saved me.
‘Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will keep you posted. Love you so much.’
She confessed to feeling shame after turning to the public for help, saying previously: ‘You know what I’ve been through. It never ends. I’m just getting squeezed in every which way and smeared in the media so that nobody even wants to employ me.’
Ms Evans had initially claimed she would be on the streets by June 1 of this year because she could not pay her rent and all the homeless shelters in Los Angeles were full.
My source adds: ‘Alice has a nice roof over her head now yet still she wants to carry on shouting at her neighbours.
‘It’s not fair. Others in the block are beside themselves and they have had enough.’
