LIVERPOOL legend Jurgen Klopp revealed he didn’t at all enjoy dismissing former RB Leipzig manager Marco Rose.
Klopp, 58, became Red Bull’s Head of Global Soccer in January just eight months after leaving the Kop.
The German tactician departed from the Reds after nine glittering years that saw him ending the club’s 30-year wait for a league title and winning the Champions League as well as the FA Cup.
However, the ex-Borussia Dortmund boss declared he ran out of energy and decided to take a break from coaching.
That is why Klopp opted for a completely different role across Red Bull’s clubs.
The ex-Liverpool boss found himself on the other side of the table as he is now the one hiring and firing managers.
And Klopp had to let his first manager go in March after Leipzig‘s disappointing results across the board.
The German had to start with Rose, 49, who played for the Liverpool great at Mainz.
The ex-Dortmund gaffer is adamant that side of his job is “not great” but it’s something he has to do as there is “no grey area” in football anymore.
Klopp told The Athletic: “It’s not great. It will never be my hobby. But it’s things you have to do.

“What I want is to hire coaches for the right reasons. And if you finish working together, then it is also for the right reasons and not for the media asking for it.
“I want to instil this [stability]; more trust, going through the hard times.
“If you are convinced, then you are convinced. The world is like that: ‘Oh my God, you are great!’ Then it is, ‘Oh no! You’re s***’.
“There’s no grey area anymore. And very often life is grey.”
