AN 18-year-old has been arrested after a car struck multiple people in a horror early hours collision.
South Wales Police were called to the scene in a Cardiff Suburb on Saturday morning.
Caerau Lane to Church Road remained closed off for the majority of yesterday as investigations into the crash unfolded.
A large police presence was seen in the area as crime scene investigators carried out their work.
Three people were struck by the motor leaving them with serious injuries that may be life-changing.
One of the three remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition, cops said.
An 18-year-old was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and causing serious injury by dangerous driving, he remains in police custody.

Police tape has sealed off the area where the crash took place and investigators can be seen placing small cones to identify points of interest.
A spokesman for South Wales Police said: “Following a collision on Heol Trelai on September 27, an 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
“He remains in police custody and one person remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
