EX-EASTENDERS star Bobby Brazier is making a BBC documentary about the Hare Krishnas.
He will be filmed as he travels to India to discuss the impact of the Hindu religion on his life.
A source said: “He wants to show people how Hare Krishna has helped him find peace and happiness in life.”
Strictly star Bobby, 22, confirmed his plans this month after leaving his role as Freddie Slater in the BBC soap.
He said: “I’m going for a month to see some holy places and holy people.
“My nature is to find myself in circumstances like this.

“Meditation is in my life as much as my career in showbiz is.
“It’s not one or the other. Hare Krishna is really helping me.
“We have a lot of fun together. They are some of my best friends.
“It’s been some of the best times of my life.
“They think showbiz is cool.”
Bobby adopted the religion, a form of Hinduism, as he “sought solace” following the death of his mum Jade Goody in 2009 when he was five.
