A MAJOR UK supermarket has slashed the price of Lindt Lindor truffles – and shoppers are already racing to snap them up.
The bargain is on the Lindt Lindor Raspberry & Cream 200g box at Asda, with eagle-eyed shoppers spotting the huge in-store.

The Raspberry & Cream Lindt Lindor box was priced at £7.48 but has been knocked down to just £1.87 – a massive saving of over £5.

It’s one of the steepest discounts shoppers have spotted this season, making it a must-grab for chocolate fans.
Fans say it’s the perfect sweet treat for autumn nights in – or an easy way to start stocking up on Christmas goodies without breaking the bank.
Sharing their find on Facebook, a member of the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group wrote: “Workington asda Lindt Linder only 1.87 three different flavours.”
She posted a photo of the red end of the aisle shopping stand with half-empty shelves of Lindt Linder boxes.
Taking to the comment section, one user confirmed the flavours available are Raspberry & Cream, Milk chocolate and Hazelnut.
Another added that the big price drop is down to the chocs being short-dated with a best-before being February 2026.
Bargain hunters are now urging others to stock up while they can, with some admitting they’ve cleared shelves to stash away the sweet deal.

Go own brand – if you’re not too fussed about flavour and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you’ll save by going for the supermarket’s own brand bars.
Shop around – if you’ve spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, make sure you check if it’s cheaper elsewhere.
Websites like Trolley.co.uk let you compare prices on products across all the major chains to see if you’re getting the best deal.
Look out for yellow stickers – supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on to products to show they’ve been reduced.
They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged.
Buy bigger bars – most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar.
So if you’ve got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.
Sold exclusively at Tesco, boxes of the limited-edition combination of smelt-in-the-mouth milk chocolate and crisp biscuit pieces are £7.50, or they’re currently listed as £6 with a Clubcard.
You can also treat yourself at one of Lindt’s retail stores and online.
Fans will need to be quick, though, as the iconic gooey balls will vanish from shelves by the end of the year.
