HOLLY Willoughby has left some fans irked after showing off her recent £1,495 private healthcare treatment.
The presenter, 44, took to Instagram to reveal she’d been invited to have a free full-body scan to check for “cancer and 500+ other conditions”.
Holly shared a snap showing her sitting on the bed of the scanner wearing some personalised pyjamas.
The former This Morning host said: “Recently @ezrainc very kindly invited me for a multi-organ MRI scan, checking for early signs of cancer and 500+ other conditions.
“As we all know, early detection saves lives, and it’s incredible this is now available in London. Having that peace of mind for me and my family is so worth it.
“As a company their hope is the more who do this the more available it is for everyone… #gifted.”
But it seems Holly’s post didn’t have the desired reaction as annoyed followers rushed to comment, with one writing: “If only we were all so lucky.”
And Holly has since disabled comments on the upload.
The full-body check up comes after The Sun revealed Holly is plotting a huge TV comeback.
She and producer husband Dan Baldwin are planning to call in favours from famous friends to put together a career-saving pitch that could bring former daytime screen queen Holly back to primetime.
A source close to the star said her failure to bounce back in big roles after a telly break initially put pressure on her relationship with Dan as he flourished professionally.
But now the pair, who met through work in 2004, are said to be uniting to quash rumours that Holly’s career is over — with hopes of a show to rival Jonathan Ross and Graham Norton.
The source said: “Anyone who has written Holly off has another thing coming.
“She’s never been more determined. The next move is going to be spectacular, and Dan is her secret weapon.
“She and Dan both know she has what it takes to go solo in a primetime evening slot, and they plan to make her the biggest female presenter in the UK again. Together, they are a force to be reckoned with.
“Plans are in early stages, but they are quietly sounding out friends from the TV, film and music industry to get them onboard for a potential new primetime show fronted by Holly.”
