BOXING star Dave Allen revealed his stunning body transformation ahead of his fight with Arslanbek Makhmudov.
Allen, 33, and Makhmudov, 36, are set to lock horns on October 11 at Sheffield Arena.
And the Yorkshireman looks ready to leave it all in the ring as shown by his new physique.
The White Rhino shared a picture on social media of him looking absolutely trimmed.
Allen posted: “3 weeks tomorrow, it’s time.
“Not quite Mr World quite yet, but in shape of my life ready to join the table with the best heavyweights in the world.”
Makhmudov is also training hard ahead of his massive clash with Allen.
In fact, the Russian bruiser shared a shocking clip of him being hit by sledgehammers in the torso during practice.
Two of the Lion’s training partners held a hammer each and lightly hit him in the abdomen to toughen him up.
But Allen is not expected to be intimidated as he’s already been through a lot.

The heavyweight has gone from supply school teacher to gambling addict and now, thankfully, a beloved boxing star.
Allen recently said: “I think I thrive off the underdog tag I’ve had most of my career, every time I’ve been expected to win I get beat, I’m not very good with pressure.
“That’s why I picked Makhmudov, I think a lot of people will expect him to beat me but I like that and I like to shock.
“When he gets in there with me, most fighters when they get in there with me are a little surprised that I’m more defensively cuter than they expect, I’m a lot stronger than they think.
“I think I can beat him, I am the underdog but I think I’ve got the right style to beat him.”
