MARRIED At First Sight UK is back with a brand-new batch of spouses walking straight down the aisle as soon as they meet.
One of the brides for 2025 is Grace — here’s everything you need to know about her.

Who is Grace from Married at First Sight UK 2025?
Grace is a 31-year-old midwife from Norwich.
She’s one of the new contestants featuring in Married At First Sight UK 2025.
Known for her sharp sense of humour, which she believes intimidates men, Grace has faced a series of dating disasters.
But she doesn’t let it get her down and even believes she could turn her courtship calamities into a novel.
She once she got a taxi driver to send a voice note to her date telling him there wouldn’t be a second!
Grace hasn’t been in a serious relationship since 2023 and is searching for a tall, dark, handsome man who is confident, independent and can keep up with her quick wit and playful nature.
She did say she was funny!
Grace believes many of her previous dating experiences have often been unsuccessful because her unique sense of humour scared off potential partners.
She hopes the show will help her find a lasting relationship with someone who she can share a deep connection with and appreciates her energy.
When is Married At First Sight 2025 on?
Married At First Sight UK starts on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
The new series runs nightly at 9pm from Sundays through to Wednesdays for its first few weeks on E4.
The show aired Mondays to Thursdays previously, meaning MAFS UK on the weekend is a special treat for viewers this year.
Expert matchmakers Paul C Brunson, Mel Schilling and Charlene Douglas return to make matches and guide the couples through the process.
