CHELTENHAM TOWN have SACKED Michael Flynn with the club rooted to the bottom of the entire Football League.
Following the latest defeat, 3-0 at home to the division’s new-boys Oldham, The Robins board have pulled the plug.
A club statement read: “Cheltenham Town can confirm that we have parted company with manager Michael Flynn following today’s defeat to Oldham Athletic.
“Everyone at the Club would like to thank Michael for his efforts and contributions during his time with us and we wish him all the best in the future.”
Flynn was appointed as Cheltenham boss in May last year.
They have won only one of their opening nine League Two games this season, currently bottom on four points.
