POP queen Jade Thirlwall has sent fans wild after vowing there WILL be a Little Mix reunion – even if it’s “the last thing she does.”
The 32-year-old star, who shot to fame on The X Factor in 2011 alongside Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, has finally launched her solo career after the group went on hiatus in 2022.
With two Top 10 singles under her belt and a Brit Award for Best Pop Act earlier this year, Jade is showing no signs of slowing down.
Now she’s gunning for the top spot with her debut album – going head-to-head with none other than Ed Sheeran.
While Jade is chasing solo glory, she’s promised Mixers the reunion they’ve all been waiting for.
Speaking to Capital Buzz, the Angel of My Dreams singer declared: “There will be a Little Mix reunion if it’s the last thing I do. You know it doesn’t matter how long that takes.”
Her long-awaited debut album That’s Showbiz Baby! dropped this week on the same day as Ed’s eighth studio album Play.
Jade’s features fan favourite singles Angel Of My Dreams, Midnight Cowboy, Fantasy and Plastic Box.
It also marks the beginning of her first ever solo tour, hitting the UK and Ireland this October.
Jade gushed: “This album has been years in the making, so I’m beyond excited that it’s coming out.
“I’m very proud of ‘THAT’S SHOWBIZ BABY!’ as a body of work and can’t wait to share it with the world. To be able to perform the album live later this year is also a dream come true. See you all on tour!”
The Geordie star also proved she hasn’t forgotten her roots.
On Thursday night, Jade stunned fans with a secret show at the iconic Angel of the North in Newcastle.
Despite only giving her followers a few hours’ notice, more than 1,000 descended on the field to watch her belt out five tracks from a converted food truck – while rocking a Newcastle United football shirt.
