Succession actor Nicholas Braun has been court-ordered to cease using any drugs or alcohol in the wake of his DUI arrest in New Hampshire last month.
Braun, 37, who played the role of Greg Hirsch on the acclaimed HBO hit, has entered a plea of not guilty to a DUI-Impairment charge in the August 29 incident.
Braun was also charged with operating his car without lights in the incident; due to police cameras malfunctioning, his mug shot was not snapped.
While Braun is out on bail, the court has ordered him to cease ‘any use of alcohol, and use of any narcotic drug or controlled substance,’ People reported after reviewing court docs.
Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Braun for further comment on the story.
In addition to his efforts in front of the camera, Braun is also a busy restaurateur as he owns a piece of a number of bars and restaurants.

They include New York City establishments Ray’s Bar, Jac’s on Bond, Pebble Bar and S&P Lunch.
An Tuesday arraignment on tap for the actor was nixed, according to the outlet. Braun’s case is expected to go to trial early next year.
On the day of his arrest, Braun was taken into custody at the Carroll County jail by officers with the Moultonborough Police Department at around 11:15 p.m. EST, sources told TMZ at the time.
The Bethpage, New York-born actor was released around 12:15 a.m. the next day.
Braun had been in the area to attend a wedding, sources told Page Six.
Braun was nominated for three Primetime Emmys for his work on the show as the Roy family cousin.
The character developed a machiavellian streak along the course of the show’s four seasons.
In the show’s opening episode, the character is seen getting fired from one of his family’s amusement parks after coming into training reeking like marijuana.

At the advice of his mother Marianne Hirsch (Mary Birdsong), Greg eventually heads to New York City to ask his media magnate uncle Logan Roy for a job.
Greg gets hired in at the Roy family’s firm Waystar Royco, and forms a long-standing friendship and business alliance with Tom Wambsgans (Matthew Macfadyen), the husband of heiress Shiv Roy (Sarah Snook).
Over the course of the show Greg was seen gradually earning Logan‘s respect following a number of humiliating displays, including the infamous ‘Boar on the Floor’ sequence in the show’s second season; and a comical congressional display.
By the fourth season, Greg is depicted as a daft operator, even playing the Roy siblings off of Lukas Matsson (Alexander Skarsgård) as the two sides wrestled for control of the company following Logan’s death.
In addition to his efforts on the HBO family drama, Braun has appeared in projects such as 2023 Cat Person; 2016’s How to Be Single; and 2012 The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
Braun on March 26 announced on Instagram his relationship with production executive Hyunji Ward, who he called his ‘sweet sweet DARLING of a girlfriend.’
Braun added, ‘You make me my best self!! Like when you said that I could pull off this shirt full of forks. You were right. Love you dearly.’
