A WOMAN has revealed what life is like inside one of the most “hated” apartments in Paris.
Her home, situated in a five-storey glass block, has been slammed as “ugly” by harsh critics online.

Posting on TikTok, the Paris resident gave a full tour of the unusual flat, which she admits divides opinion but comes with one huge perk, which is its direct view of the Eiffel Tower.
The apartment features a greenhouse-style living space, which she compared to a sauna during the heat.
Inside, the open-plan room is kitted out with a purple sofa, a striped rug, and a compact kitchen.
The space also includes a quaint bathroom filled with natural light.
Upstairs, her narrow bedroom contains a small bed and a single dresser, while huge staircases connect each level of the towering glass cube.
She even showed herself climbing out of her window to sit on the rooftop, where she can watch the sunset and enjoy sweeping views across Paris.
Commenters have long criticised the building itself, branding it “ugly” and mocking its “basic glass box style.”
But after seeing her full tour, opinions shifted.
One viewer said: “I actually kinda like it.”
Another wrote: “It’s cute, reminds me of Ratatouille.”
Her earlier videos showing the seemingly endless staircase into the flat drew more complaints, with users describing it as a nightmare.
Despite the negativity, the Parisian insists the apartment is worth it for one reason.
She told followers she “only pays rent” for the breath taking view of the Eiffel Tower.
Nightmare apartments
Meanwhile, it seems even the UK has its fair share of horror apartments.
Furious homeowners who paid £300,000 to buy their dream apartment with panoramic city views say they are living a nightmare.
Residents have complained of loud parties from apartments rented out on Airbnb, vandalism, postal theft and internal fire escapes blocked by rubbish.
Some also claim the building has suffered burst soil pipes, with raw sewage seeping into apartments.
And further complaints have been raised over soaring annual maintenance charges between £1,600 and £2,000 for services – including window cleaning – which they claim are not being provided by management company Xenia Estates.
