BAYER LEVERKUSEN picked up their first Bundesliga win of the season after sacking Erik ten Hag as manager.
Ten Hag, 55, was only announced as Leverkusen boss in May following a seven-month absence from management, but was brutally sacked just 62 days after he officially started in the role.

The ex-Manchester United manager oversaw a rough start to Bayer’s campaign as he lost one of his first two league games and the club decided to pull the plug last week despite the season’s early stages.
The Dutch tactician was replaced by Kasper Hjulmand, who picked up an impressive win in his first match in charge on Friday.
Hjulmand led Leverkusen to a 3-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt at the BayArena despite the hosts finding themselves down to nine men.
Bayer led with goals by Alejandro Grimaldo and Patrik Schick before Eintracht hit back with Can Uzun.
The visitors gained a massive boost of confidence after Robert Andrich and Equi Fernandez were sent off.
However, Leverkusen kept it together and sealed the three points with a late winner by Grimaldo.
Fans were left in awe as they stormed social media following Bayer’s first Bundesliga win and some of them blamed their rocky start to Ten Hag.
One fan claimed: “Ten Hag was the problem.”
