A MODEL has built a multi-million pound property empire after earning £7.5m a year thanks to her height.
While most influencers splash their cash on designer handbags and fast cars, Marie Temara has used her money to invest in 16 homes and a £900,000 yacht.
The content creator, who is 6ft 3in, currently lives in a £1.48m property complete with a £74,000 gym.
Wanting to “share the success” with her mum and dad, Marie handed them the keys to a £520,000 house next door.
The savvy model rents out her other 14 properties, which gives her a juicy return on her investment.
“Sometimes my life doesn’t feel real,” said Marie, who has 3m followers on Instagram, @marietemara.
“It’s a great feeling to be able to provide for my parents, retire them and financially set myself up and build a nest egg for my future children.
“I’m really lucky that my family has been so supportive since day one.
“Even when I first started out and wasn’t really doing too well, I lived at my parents’ house, and as soon as I started making money, they were really excited for me and wanted to help out.
“We’re really close, so it’s great to have them next door.”
She added: “I’m a real estate investor and I rent all of the properties except for the one I live in and the one I gave to my parents free of charge.
“Buying a yacht has always been a dream of mine because I love the water.
“I keep it at my house, which is by the sea.
“I also have two jet skis so that I can go out and fish and enjoy the ocean.
“I love boating and I go out every weekend.”
Marie plans to knock down her five-bed house in the future and replace it with an even bigger mansion that will cost her £3.7m to build.
Her new home will be customised to have 25ft ceilings and 12ft doors to fit her tall frame.
She said: “My current house is a fixer-upper.
“As soon as I moved in, I had a £74,000 gym installed, and I’m about to drop £3.7m on having a new house built here.
“I need higher ceilings, because I’m always bumping my head.
“My family didn’t have that much money growing up, so they couldn’t afford to make the house bigger to suit our height – but I can now.”
Aside from buying property, Marie spends her money taking her family on lavish holidays, and they always fly in first class for the extra leg room.
She added: “We’re about to go to Alaska on a cruise with the whole family, and I just took them to New Zealand.
“We definitely travel a lot and always in first class. We have super long legs, so we don’t fit in economy.
“I’d like to go on doing this job for as long as I can.
“I want to keep building an empire for all the generations to come. I want my own tall family one day.”
And the influencer is not the only one in her family capitalising on their height – nor is she the tallest.
Her mum, 63-year-old Christine (6ft 5in), used to work as an emergency operator but now spends her days taking snaps of her UK men’s size 13 trotters to sell online.
Dad, and former electrician, Michael, 65 (6ft 3in), quit his job after making £37,000 sharing behind-the-scenes content with his family
Meanwhile, basketball brothers Troy, 27, and Shane, 29 – who are the tallest at 6ft 10in and 6ft 9in – are in competition with each other to see who can bank the most bucks.
