A MOTHER has revealed that she has three teenagers in three different schools in three different towns.
As a result, Nicole, the busy mum from the UK, claimed that the school runs are “never ending.”
The content creator spends four hours a day doing drop offs and pick ups and people have said her journey sounds like “a roundabout.”
Posting on social media, the mother shared an insight into her full-on routine, as she said: “I have three teenagers that all go to different schools – three teenagers in three different schools in three different towns.”
Nicole then explained: “We moved into our house two and a half years ago and we moved here so the kids could all go to the local school and they could all walk to school – and I would be free of the school run.
“Unfortunately, that didn’t go to plan, like everything in my life, nothing ever goes to plan.”

Nicole explained that her eldest daughter, Ivy, 15, originally didn’t get into the local school, so started at another school in a nearby town.
After “trying and trying and trying” to get her daughter into the local school, they eventually did.
However the youngster soon realised that she missed her friends from her first school, so it wasn’t before long that she was moved back.
When it comes to Nicole’s twin boys, Paris and Carter, initially, they both went to the local school.
However, soon after Paris was then homeschooled, after he “struggled” at the school.
But after 10 months of homeschooling, Nicole confirmed that Paris got into a different school in “another town not far” from where the family live.
As a result, now Nicole has “three kids in three different schools,” all of which start at different times.
Nicole acknowledged: “I leave at 7:15am, I take Paris to his school, I then swing back round, make sure the other one, Carter, the other twin, is up, sometimes he’s not – so I get back from the first school run at about 7:35am, then I drop [Carter] to his school, and then I come back again, pick the other one [Ivy] up and take her to school.
“Paris, the one that starts at 7:40am, he finishes at 2:00pm, so technically, I get back from the school run at 9am sometimes because of the traffic, and then I only have from 9am to about 1:45pm, and then the school runs start again.”
Just hearing about it is stressing me out

Nicole recognised that when her kids were little, they all went to the same primary school, making the school run much easier.
But now they are grown up and are at different schools, Nicole admitted that things are much “harder.”

What to wear on the school run
PTA Chairwoman Emma Kent’s School Run Style Tips:
- Avoid the Gym Gear Trap:
- Change out of workout clothes for the afternoon pick-up to avoid looking lazy or unhygienic.
- Leave Pyjamas at Home:
- Never turn up at school in pyjamas as it suggests a lack of effort and can lead to unflattering labels.
- Be Cautious with Bold Fashion Choices:
- Avoid leopard-print leggings and mixing boho pieces with animal print. Stick to styles that suit you best.
- Carry an Emergency Kit:
- Keep a spare top or nice jacket in the car for unexpected spills or stains, and oversized sunglasses to hide tired eyes.
- Embrace Bargains:
- Proudly share thrift finds but avoid second-hand pyjamas or swimsuits without hygiene stickers.
- Don’t Be a Copycat:
- Avoid copying another mum’s style too closely to prevent gossip. Praise the other mum’s taste if it happens accidentally.
- Dress Age-Appropriately:
- Avoid overly revealing outfits and stick to classy, not trashy, looks, especially if over 35.
- Always Wear a Bra:
- Ensure you’re wearing a bra to avoid awkward conversations with teachers and unwanted attention.
- Choose Jeans Carefully:
- Avoid low-slung skinny jeans that create a muffin top. Opt for mom jeans for a flattering and comfortable fit.
- Beware of School Gate Gossips:
- Avoid showing up in scruffy clothing or with wet hair as there are always mums at the gates who will notice.
- Brag About Your Bag:
- Use a stylish yet practical tote bag instead of a bag for life from a supermarket.
- Ditch Crocs and Socks:
- Avoid pairing Crocs with socks. Opt for versatile Chelsea boots for a stylish and comfortable look.
