This is the dramatic moment a biker yob gets nailed by cops who rugby tackled him after he caused havoc in a park.
Officers scrambled to Memorial Park in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, after locals reported a lout revving his bike behind a woman.
The 18-year-old rider was given a TOR (Traffic Offence Report) for no insurance and driving other than in accordance with his licence.
