But she told Good Housekeeping UK she was ready for anything after brain surgery on a benign cyst in November.

Davina, who posed in a mint green outfit, as well as in her underwear while pretending to cook, said: “I’ve talked myself down my entire life, told myself that I’m not smart.

“I flunked my maths A-level — I was taking a lot of drugs back then and was very unhappy — and fed my mind negative messages.

“But as part of all this, I’ve had memory tests in verbal and non-verbal reasoning and I did really well. It shouldn’t have to take something like that, but I’ve realised I’m a lot smarter than I think.

“Now I don’t feel frightened of anything. I’m even retaking my maths A-level next summer. If there’s something you’ve always wanted to do, and you can afford to do it now, f***ing do it.”

Davina, who got clean from drink and drugs aged 25, has been dating hairstylist Michael Douglas since 2019.

But she thought he felt differently about her following her operation, as she struggled with short-term memory problems.

When she challenged him, he told her: “It’s because you’re annoying at the moment.”

The mum of three said: “I’ve never been so relieved to be told I’m annoying. I knew I was, because I’d repeat the same questions over and over again. We both laughed hard at that.”
