Liam Gallagher‘s Downton Abbey-style mansion, which he rented with fiancée Debbie Gwyther for an eye-popping £19K-a-month ahead of Oasis’s reunion tour, has been put on sale for £6million.
The spectacular Grade II-listed property near Stroud in Gloucestershire, which has undergone extensive renovations, boasts 11-bedrooms, 10-bathrooms, a gym, sauna and even a meditation room.
During his Cotswolds stay last year, Liam, 52, counted the likes of David and Victoria Beckham, Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden as neighbours, while Taylor Swift also rented a £3K-a-night property nearby during her own UK tour.
The gothic sprawling manor house is worlds away from the cramped council house in Manchester where the singer grew up and shared a bedroom with older brother Noel, 58, with whom he feuded with for 16-years before finally reuniting for Oasis’ tour.
Described by estate agents as an idyllic and tranquil area, the home is perfect for entertaining and includes a ball room and cinema, as well as a huge dining room that can seat 20 guests.
The 16,000 square foot property includes a ‘principal suite’ on the first floor featuring a grand bedroom, central bathroom and fully-fitted dressing room.

Meanwhile the top floor features six double bedrooms including four with en-suite bathrooms, while downstairs houses an extensive wine cellar as well as a large modern kitchen with a circular island and curved units.
The manor house’s original grand features include a billiard room and huge ballroom with views stretching out to the River Severn and Black Mountains.
While outside there are 2.5 acres of picturesque grounds encompassing sweeping terraces as well as lawns and wooded areas.
Liam and Debbie, 41, who acts as his manager, moved into the manor which came fully furnished in May 2024 and were spotted walking in the area with their rescue dog Buttons.
Locals said the singer had tried his best to keep a low profile but ‘stuck out like a sore thumb’ as he strolled around wearing a black anorak with the hood up and goggles attached.
Rumours at the time also suggested Liam’s brother Noel had visited with his teenage sons Donovan, 17, and Sonny, 15, for a kick-about after goalposts were spotted in the mansion’s gardens.
A source told the Daily Mail at the time: ‘The scenery down in Stroud is stunning. Liam’s new place is perched on the end of the Cotswolds escarpment with unbroken views down to the Severn Estuary and Black Mountains of Wales.
‘He and Debbie love the countryside after spending much of their adult lives in London. The new house is enormous so there is enough room for friends and family to stay over and not to be under each other’s feet.

‘Liam doesn’t tend to go out very much socially, just an early morning run or walk with his dog Buttons, so they have been making their own fun at home.’
The property was built in 1854 and was the baronial seat originally belonging to Sir Samuel Stephens Marlin, a cloth manufacturer and local politician.
It passed through the baronial line for a century and enjoyed Royal patronage when Queen Mary – the widow of King George V and grandmother of the late Queen Elizabeth II – dropped in for tea.
Local news reports documented the visit and Queen Mary spent several hours at the estate, admiring the views and exploring the house, before having her photo taken in the Gothic-arched porch.
Meanwhile the once-warring Gallagher brother’s world tour sold out immediately – despite tickets reaching staggering prices – with the duo previously expected to earn more than £50million each from tickets alone.
However, new documents filed for Oasis’s company reveal that Liam and Noel were already sitting pretty, taking in millions last year from their music publishing.
Their firm, Big Brother Recordings, reported earnings of £3.6million in the year ending December 31, 2024, meaning the pair were cashing in a whopping £69,000 a week last year.
Even before kicking off their tour last month in Cardiff, the company’s assets were already sitting at £10.2million.
But despite already boasting huge fortunes, it has long been speculated that the motivation behind the band’s hotly anticipated comeback is purely monetary.

Noel once claimed it would take ‘half a billion pounds’ for him to reunite with Liam, amidst their long-running feud.
However, his split from Sara MacDonald after 12 years of marriage cost him a large chunk of change, with the singer reportedly having to shell out £20million in the divorce proceedings in 2023.
Following the large settlement, Noel is said to have finally agreed to try and patch things up with his brother, unable to ignore how financially lucrative an Oasis reunion would be.
A source previously told the Daily Mail: ‘Noel would only ever consider sharing the stage with Liam again if the money was astronomical and that’s what convinced him.’
