SOPHIE Kasaei has revealed she was moments away from death and even aid goodbye to her family as she was rushed into surgery for a botched BBL.
Geordie Shore favourite Sophie Kasaei, 35, has admitted to going under the knife a number of times in a bid to get her “perfect” body.

Sadly, it hasn’t always gone to plan – including a trip to Turkey for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
Speaking to Giovanna Fletcher on her Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast, Sophie said: “I got a BBL and nearly died. I basically had an abscess growing on my left bum cheek.
“And it took over my whole body to the point where I was, I was (moments) away from them saying I was dead.
“It was horrendous. And I remember being in the hospital bed in South Shields Hospital and my family being there.

“And I just thought, ‘This is this is probably my goodbye.’
“And the doctor came in. They were like, ‘We’re going to have to rush into surgery right now.’ And I was like, ‘What is going on?’
“They said, ‘If that abscess bursts inside your body, you were gonna (die)… basically.'”
Continuing Sophie said: So I was like, I was like, ‘All right.’
“And then still in my head, I remember saying to the doctor, ‘Whatever you do, if there’s a scar, can you make it, like a really clean scar?’
“Cause I was still thinking about doing the magazines and what people think if I’ve got this massive scar. It was just such a. I was 24. I was ten years on now.”
FILLER DISSOLVED
Earlier this year, Sophie revealed she’d had her face filler removed after saying she was starting to look like “the elephant man”.
The star has been honest about all the tweakments she’s had over the years since her rise to fame.
Addressing fans in April, she said: “I’ve had filler living inside my face for so long but I had an allergic reaction just before Covid, like a few years ago, a really, really bad one.
“So ever since then the PTSD from getting a dissolver has just been chaotic and I thought: ‘I just can’t do it.'”

“I’ve let filler build up for years and years so it was time to get it dissolved.”
She added: “Because, I’d just done it before I felt really confident that even if I did have a reaction, I was in really safe hands with him because he was fully equipped in case there was.”
She then said she asked the doctor if she needed to get more lip filler, to which he replied: “Absolutely not, if anything you need to get them dissolved.”
The camera then pans to Sophie again, and she says: “I did it! I got another round of dissolver. It’s gone down already!
“It’s a little bit red, took my antihistamines again but my face looks so different, so much better. My eyes are bigger now.”

OFFERED SURGERY FOR FREE
Sophie previously said she’d been offered lots of cosmetic surgery for free when starting out on the hit MTV show – and was addicted to filler.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: “When I was younger, I used to overfill my face.
“I used to get lip fillers, cheek fillers, all that.
“And when I got a bit older, I got all that dissolved, and just restarted all again.”
Appearing on Channel 5‘s Celebrity Botched Up Bodies in 2016, Sophie said her desire to look good had left her looking like “the elephant man”.
Telling the tale of once having got her lips done in someone’s front room, she said: “I got it at someone’s house, I was sat on the sofa and no numbing cream or nothing she just [shoved it in].
“Dug a needle right in my lips. It was agony.
“I remember leaving that woman’s house thinking my lips looked great and then realised it wasn’t even filler that I was getting in my lips, it was silicone or saline… Or water basically.
“At the time I thought I was big and clever and looked amazing but in reality I just looked like elephant man.”
