LIZ Hurley revealed the secret to her youthful looks and said her 60s are set to be her best decade.
The Austin Powers actress, 60, who hard launched her relationship with boyfriend Billy Ray Cyrus in April, spoke about how she maintains her incredible figure without going to the gym.
Liz plays a “dead benefactor” called The Deceased in the Channel 4 reality series The Inheritance.
But the actress looked far from deceased as she put on a glamorous display in a coffin and during her video appearances on the series.
The mum of one credits yoga, never sitting still and sticking to a very healthy diet for her toned figure.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Liz said: “Staying as active as I can, I don’t really go to the gym but I do try really hard to move a lot and often.
“I don’t really sit down after breakfast until supper time.”
Liz also revealed a major no-no when it comes to her diet.
She said: “I do enjoy myself and I do like to eat but I have an obsession with not eating processed foods but I’ve had that since the 80s – so that’s kind of ingrained in me.”
Liz’s Instagram is full of snaps of her doing impressive yoga moves in her back garden while wearing tiny, designer bikinis.
The former model also keeps fit with rowing, regular walks and other outdoor pursuits.
Liz eats lots of whole grains, fruit, veg, fish and small amounts of lean meat – but insists on no food after 6.30pm.
Earlier this month, the Serving Sara star looked happier than ever as she attended the press launch for the C4 show with partner Billy Ray.
The Achy Breaky Heart hitmaker was seen affectionately watching Liz from the sidelines, before joining her for snaps on the red carpet.
Liz looked as confident as ever in a figure-hugging red midi dress while holding hands with the country singer.
When asked what’s the bests thing about being in your 60s, Liz said: “I think looking after yourself, being pretty active and staying active.”
Liz often showcases her incredible ageless figure on her social media platform, regularly stripping off to bikinis and even enlisting her 85-year-old mum Angela to join her in a swimsuit for a recent snap.
She also admitted that she’ll keep posting her bikini pictures into her 60s, mainly with the encouragement of her mum.
“I’m sure my mother would like to continue to pose with her daughter [in a bikini],” she laughed.
“Ever since I’ve had my swimwear company which is 20 years now, my mother has closet fulls of my stuff, she does loyally wear it.”
Liz joins judge Rob Rinder for the wickedly immersive new reality series, set to air on Sunday.
Although her character on the show may be devious, Liz admitted she’s far from that but said she’s had to be “ruthless” at times.
She told us: “I’m not sure if I’m devious in real life but I feel the lady that I’m playing wasn’t really devious but she had all the power really but then the contestants have to be fabulous and brilliant to get what she’s going to give them.
“I think she’s actually quite nice but as you watch the show, you’ll get to know what she would have done in all positions because a lot of the contestants are pitted against each other and you feel that perhaps that my character would not have made some of the kind of choices that they chose.
“I feel like my character was actually encouraging them to be quite ruthless in it.
“Her family was so ghastly she didn’t want to leave any of her money to them, so I guess she’s been around ruthless people, but I think to build her empire, she’d probably be pretty ruthless herself.
“She probably wanted to hand it over to people who would spend it wisely.
“I think in business, you need to set your parameters and know what you consider to be good behaviour around doing what you don’t and being quite strict about that.”
Revealing why she jumped at the chance to sign up to the show, Liz said: “It sounded like a great show, I’m not that familiar with competition shows but I watch Traitors and I knew it was produced by the same people.
“So when this was pitched to me, I was like ‘I’ll be in straight away, I love it’.”
Although Liz would make the perfect Celebrity Traitors signing, the star admitted she has no plans for her own reality show with Billy Ray.
When asked if she’s ever consider her own fly-on-the-wall show, she laughed: “I don’t know about that, it was nice to be scripted.”
LOVE LIFE
Amid their relationship reveal, Liz is enjoying a happier life chapter.
Back in April, the mum of one and country music icon Billy Ray Cyrus, 63, took the world by surprise when they became the latest A-list couple.
Wearing festive bunny ears, Billy went in for a kiss on Liz’s smiling mouth.
The pair went public on Easter Sunday with a loved-up picture in a field.
They have since put on several smitten public appearances together, with Liz’s son even seen out with them both.
The trio were in London’s West End to support Billy’s pop star daughter Miley Cyrus for the launch of her new album and film Something Beautiful.
Singer Miley previously said of her father’s new relationship: “I’m being an adult about it.
“At first it’s hard, because the little kid in you reacts before the adult in you can go, ‘Yes, that’s your dad, but that’s just another person that deserves to be in his bliss and to be happy’.
“My child self has caught up.”
