THERE’S been more heartache for Alice Evans as she revealed that her brother is dying, just days after her ex Ioan tried to make a restraining order permanent.
Welsh actor Ioan, who is a dad to Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11 with his ex Alice Evans, obtained a restraining order in 2022 against her.

Ioan blasted Alice for allegedly getting Ella to file her own restraining order against him – and for stopping their two daughters from going to therapy.
Now, the star, 51, has attempted to make his restraining order against his ex wife permanent, but the lawyer representing him quit the case.
Alice, 57, has denied stalking or contacting the star in any way.
And in a fresh blow for Alice, she has now asked for prayers for her brother Tony, revealing it’s “not looking good.”
She said on social media: “Please everyone. Say prayers for my beloved brother Tony tonight. It’s not looking good.
“I love you all.”
Alice has previously revealed that her brother Tony has been through a lot of trauma, and they appear to share a very close bond.
A nasty troll commented on Alice’s post, writing: “Let’s say the worst happens… does Alice bring the kids? Does she shame loan publicly in an attempt to get him to pay for the round-trip flights x3?
“Will she fire up the GFM for the third time? Does Daddy Evans go? Does Mrs Evans go? Will Alice even be invited? We know it won’t stop her. Will Alice make a big scene about her when they should be there for Tony?
“Could it coincide with the court date next month? Loss is loss but this would be a logistical nightmare.”
Alice re-shared the cruel comment, and wrote back: “This person is scum. Utter scum. You lost a sister yet you speak like this about me losing a brother? You nasty piece of work.”
Alice previously shared a photo of her ‘favourite people’ and gave a short update on her brother Tony, saying he’d been through ‘so much physical trauma.’
She’s also shared a sweet black and white throwback snap of them together in the past, standing beside each other as kids.
She captioned it: “On the right, me. On the left, my brother Tony. ( I have always called him Tone)
“A very odd rumour went round twitter a while back that my brother didn’t actually exist and that it was actually me in disguise.
“But here he is in full… er.. in 1970s black and white! ( Also I have never posted on Twitter or Instagram under a name other than my own.
“I don’t think one can deny the resemblance and the fact that we CLEARLY had each other’s backs even many years back. And that – ok yes I’ll admit it – he is a TINY bit younger.
“His Is definitely worth a follow. ( he’s also a lot taller now) Love you Tone!”
Meanwhile, Ioan is currently facing a scheduling conference in September where he and Alice will attempt to reach an agreement on spousal and child support.
During this, if he and Alice cannot reach an agreement on whether the restraining order gets scrapped or extended, then their divorce will come to trial.
BABY JOY
In June, Ioan and his second wife Bianca announced they’re expecting their first child together.
Posting a sweet black and white photo of the pair, Ioan can be seen kissing Aussie Bianca’s blossoming baby bump.
In the caption, they wrote: “Baby Gruffudd poppin’ out to say hello!”
He and Bianca went first public with their relationship in 2021.
The couple first announced their engagement back in January 2024.
The Fantastic Four star shared a beaming snap with Bianca on Instagram as they jointly announced their news.
Bianca flashed her engagement ring and a happy smile while Ioan took a selfie.
He revealed he was looking forward to giving marriage another go, captioning the photo on Instagram: “The most precious thing happened…”
