SAMANTHA Kenny sparked concern among fans when she showed off her very swollen lips after having her filler dissolved.
The 25-year-old took to TikTok to reveal the results – insisting that just an hour before filming the clip her lips were “triple” the size.

Love Island star Samantha was seen initially covering the bottom half of her face with her hand, before revealing all and laughing.
Fans rushed to comment on the video, with one writing: “It’s an allergic reaction!”
Someone else said: “That looks so painful.”
But others were quick to reassure Samantha, with one insisting: “That’s normal, it will go down after 24 hours.”
And another commented: “It’ll be fine eventually, bet it’ll suit you so much when it goes down.”
Samantha also revealed why she’d decided to have her lip filler dissolved.
Replying to one fan questioning the move, she said: “I had old filler still left over that had migrated into the inside part of my lips and when I smiled it was so noticeable!! So just wanted fresh lips.”
During her time in the Love Island villa last summer, Samantha was coupled up with Joey Essex – but was left fuming when he ditched her for his ex Grace Jackson.
The Sun later revealed Samantha was in talks to make a sensational villa return for All Stars.
But fans were left gutted when she later confirmed she’d pulled out of plans to give the show a second chance.
An Insider told The Sun: “Fans loved her and she’s proven she’s not afraid to speak her mind.
“She shows real All Stars potential and bosses are keen to get her booked for the 2025 series.”
However, she ruled herself out of a comeback, replying to one curious follower on Instagram.
The fan typed beneath her photo: “Blink twice if you’re on All Stars.”
Samantha wrote back: “Sorry to disappoint but I’m not.”
