Britain’s youngest lottery winner who blew £1.8m jackpot on parties, drugs and plastic surgery splits with her boyfriend and finds new love – months after welcoming her fifth child

Britain’s youngest lottery winner who blew a whopping £1.8million jackpot on parties, drugs and plastic surgery has split from her boyfriend – before swiftly finding a new love.

Callie Rogers raked in the massive prize in 2003 aged just 16, before the minimum age was raised to 18, but lost the fortune over the course of nine frivolous years.

She previously told of how she was happier than ever after having her fifth child and finding love with engineer Lee Matthews.

But the former millionaire, now 38, has separated from Mr Matthews and has been quick to move on, revealing on Facebook that she is now in a relationship with gas and oil engineer Todd Eilbeck.

Her new beau is from Whitehaven, just a few miles down the Cumbrian coast from Ms Rogers’s native Workington, and according to social media they have been together since January.

Selfies posted online show the pair looking loved up in the early months of their new relationship.

The lottery winner previously revealed she had been bringing up her latest child as a single mother.

Marking Navie-Nicola’s first birthday, she explained on social media that she was ‘doing it all alone’.

She added: ‘Most would describe the first year as tiring and challenging, but for me it’s been the most magical, rewarding year of my life.’

Ms Rogers was plunged into bankruptcy a decade after scooping the jackpot in 2003, having splurged £18,000 on boob jobs, £300,000 on clothes and £500,000 on ‘gifts’ to friends and family.

Living in a humble £600-a-month rented semi in Flimby, Cumbria, she was seen in October smiling as she lifted three-month-old Navie-Nicola from her modest Seat car.

The support worker told the Daily Mail how she preferred to be out of the spotlight shone on her after landing her seven-figure prize.

She said: ‘I don’t know why people would want to read about my life.

‘You obviously get the trolls commenting and they don’t care about the impact they have on people’s lives.’

She added: ‘Everything is going well, thank you.’

Ms Rogers posted a snap of adorable Navie-Nicola, born in July, captioned: ‘Counting my blessings everyday.’

Pals believed her relationship with Mr Matthews and her newest arrival represented a fresh chapter for Ms Rogers, who struggled with depression and tried to take her life aged 21 in the wake of her winnings.

Following her prize, which came as she worked as a checkout girl on £3.60 an hour, she splashed thousands on wild parties, three boob jobs, and around £300,000 on designer clothes.

She lent thousands to friends and family and later told of her belief that some had used her for her cash.

In 2021, she was given a driving ban after crashing her 4×4 while high on cocaine.

It was revealed in court that she was claiming Universal Credit despite her lottery win.

A friend in the small seafront village, north of Workington, said: ‘It’s been a rollercoaster for Ms Rogers but she’s on the up. She’s got a lovely family, a nice boyfriend and she seems genuinely happy. That’s her lottery win.

‘She’s lived around Workington for years. It’s a close community and people know what she’s been through.

‘There have definitely been some dark days but they seem like they’re well in the past.’

Ms Rogers admitted that she was not ‘equipped’ for winning the huge sum at such a tender age.

In a previous interview, she said: ‘You’re only 16, with all that responsibility. At that age, you can get the best advice ever but you’re not in a position to listen.

‘I was too young. Overnight I went from carefree child to adult.

‘Not knowing who liked me for me, and having all the stress of all the money, I just wanted to go back to having a normal life. I still struggle with trust issues.’

Ms Rogers had previously claimed to have spent £250,000 on cocaine but later denied this.

In 2018, she revealed how she thought she was going to die after being assaulted by two women on a night out.

She was knocked unconscious, had her teeth smashed, ribs broken and suffered permanent damage to her sight.

Her other four children include son Blake, seven, who has cerebral palsy and cannot walk, talk or swallow unaided.

Ms Rogers said last year: ‘It’s my one big regret is that the money isn’t here for Blake.

‘He loves sensory stimulation. If I had that money, I’d give him the biggest sensory room you could buy.’

The National Lottery has since increased the minimum age for players to 18.
