They finally put the pesky rumor to rest earlier this year during the premiere of her Wonder Land podcast from Dear Media, where the two looked back on the early days of their friendship.
They didn’t hold back—diving right in to shut down the long-standing rumor that they had ever hooked up.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star said Scott was ‘the number one person’ her fans requested as a podcast guest.
And the number one question they wanted asked was about her relationship to her sister’s ex.
‘My number one question was… Have you and I ever hooked up?,’ Khloé said.
‘F*** yeah,’ Disick said sarcastically, while Khloé clarified, ‘No, we haven’t.’
She then asked if he finds it ‘strange’ that ‘for years, people have always ran with this narrative about either you hooking up with Kendall Jenner…or me.’
‘I don’t think it has any truth [to it], so they just run with anything. Just like, “Oh look at their relationship, they’re close.” boom. Let’s just say something ridiculous,’ Scott said.

He added: ‘And then people with us, because we get along well, people are like, “They’re soulmates!” Like, bro, I have children with her sister. We’re not soulmates.’
The two continued their banter on the subject with Khloé callng it ‘nasty’ and ‘wild.’
‘The fact that people think that is psychotic,’ Disick said. ‘But I guess if I was watching a show and I wanted it to be, you know, entertainment, I guess I would jump to those [conclusions] too.’
‘The crazy thing is, if we actually were together, we would be annihilated for it,’ Khloé pointed out. ‘No one’s ever happy.’
‘It would be pretty crazy,’ Disick said of the notion of dating Khloé, who agreed, saying, ‘Yeah, it’s disgusting.’
‘But it would be totally fine in two weeks, these days, Like after two weeks of annihilation, it would be like, “And it worked.” It’s psychotic.’
Khloé called Scott her ‘brother’ and ‘best friend’ and thanked him for coming on the podcast, given his general aversion to interviews.
‘I would do anything for you though, Khlo, you know that,’ he said, adding that he just doesn’t want 87 texts from the family chat picking apart something he said.

The two also reflected on how they met. Kourtney started dating Scott when she was 27 and he was 22. The couple were together on and off until 2015 and share sons Mason, 15, and Reign, 10, as well as daughter Penelope, 12.
‘Your sister was older than me by five years so I was trying to be more mature than I really was, but I was a kid,’ Disick recalled. ‘It was my first real relationship. It progressed fast and then we’re living together.’ he added.
Khloé said she felt like didn’t even give him a chance when he started dating Kourtney.
‘I felt like I was gung-ho on like, “This guy’s a dick and I just don’t like you,”‘ Khloé said.
‘There came a time where you were like, “F*** you,” but it wasn’t from the get-go … You were totally fine. I just was not a great person and you were like, “I like you, but you’re a f—ing asshole.”‘
‘When I look back, I can’t believe anybody tolerated that kind of s***,’ he said of his past behavior.
‘You were just protecting your sister and, looking back, I would’ve probably done the same.’
