80s movie bombshell unrecognizable as she’s spotted in LA – can you guess who?

A LEGENDARY sitcom star was spotted out and about running errands in LA during the week.

The iconic 80s actress, now 82, has starred in many films over the years, but she’s most known from her role a TV classic.

Stefanie Powers, who played Jennifer Hart in Hart to Hart, dressed in casual clothing and took a phone call as she walked.

The TV legend opted to wear a simple black tee with a white graphic related to Oscar-winner and former flame, William Holden, on it.

She paired the simple top with a pair of black and blue sports leggings as well as well-worn white trainers.

Stefanie’s casual dress brought out a youthful side, echoed by the bold, playful bright orange handbag slung over her left arm.

A green and white packet can be seen sticking out of the top of the bag as she holds it close to her body with her right hand.

Her phone is pressed to her ear using her free hand, as she appears to be engrossed in an important or interesting conversation.

Her expression seemed chatty yet serious, intently listening while looking down at where she’s walking in the city.

Most of the time when people saw Stefanie it was at red carpet events, so seeing her out and about in a casual fit is refreshing and rare.

During her glory days, Stefanie attended all sorts of events including the Oscars, the BAFTAs, and the American Cinematheque Awards.

She was also nominated for two Emmys and five Golden Globes for her role as Jennifer Hart.

But it was never the glittering trophies that motivated her.

Speaking last year, she told Digital Journal: “It was very nice to be acknowledged, and I was appreciative of that. I am less interested in the awards because what am I going to do? Put them on a shelf and let them collect dust.

“I am more interested in the work, most particularly in the area of wildlife conservation and education.”

Stefanie founded the William Holden Wildlife Foundation in 1981, a conservation charity committed to helping wildlife in East Africa, following the death of her Oscar-winning partner William Holden.

She said: “I thought this would be an appropriate living memorial to Bill because education is a living, breathing thing, and it is always changing and always growing.”

The Foundation’s education centre in Nanyuki, Kenya is accessed by some 11,000 students annually and has an outreach programme in rural areas that helps a further 7,000.

She said: “The objective of this was to influence and educate local people to understand the meaning of biodiversity, and how it affected them.”

The Hollywood favourite remains in touch with some of her former co-stars including Hart to Hart’s Robert Wagner.

The pair reunited for the show’s 45th anniversary and Stefanie has called him a “great” man.

Stefanie joined Robert back in February to celebrate his 95th birthday. They shared a smiley picture in which she held his hand inside his home.
