IN an era where celebrity transformations are endlessly debated, a number of glamorous stars have chosen to speak openly about the cosmetic procedures they’ve undergone.
Celebs such as Olivia Attwood, Ferne McCann and Sharon Osbourne all look worlds away from their pre-surgery days, and have spilled the beans on their transformations.
Just this week, age-defying Kris Jenner stunned as she threw a star-studded James Bond-themed bash for her 70th – hosted by Amazon boss Jeff Bezos at his and new wife Lauren Sanchez’s Hollywood megamansion
The famous momager’s appearance caused a stir this summer as she underwent a $150,000 facelift that many said made her “look younger” than her own daughters.
Although Kris has not confirmed the exact facelift she has had, her rep previously confirmed to Page Six she underwent aesthetic enhancements from New York plastic surgeon Dr Steven Levine.
Kris has discussed her cosmetic surgeries openly, including her original breast augmentation in the 1980s – after giving birth to her first four children: Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, and Rob Kardashian – and a facelift in 2011 – both documented on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
She has continued her cosmetic upkeep and revealed that she’s gotten Botox and fillers over the years.
And she’s not the only star to look worlds away from their former selves…
Megan Fox
She has been crowned one of the sexiest women in the world countless times and banked millions from fashion and beauty deals over the past two decades.
Now bombshell Megan Fox, 39, has taken back control and confessed to spending £25,000 on three boob jobs over the past 16 years — along with a nose job, Botox and laser surgical procedures.
Megan, 5ft 4in and now with a 32D bust, said: “My boobs have been fake since I was 21 or 22.
“I got them done in between the first and second Transformers films. But I had them done conservatively. Because back then everyone did the work, but you had to do work that was undetectable.
“I, always, was that little girl that was in the mirror like, ‘Where are my boobies?’. I always wanted big boobies.”
Becoming a mum to her three sons, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey, from her marriage to Beverly Hills, 90210 actor Brian Austin Green, prompted the next round of surgery.
Discussing her third surgery, she said she chose to go bigger and begged her surgeon to give her “stripper t***ies”.
On the Call Her Daddy podcast, Megan said she had had another procedure along with injectables on her face but refused to reveal what.
Despite rampant speculation about her new looks on social media, she insisted she had never changed anything else on her face, bar a nose job a decade ago.
Bella Hadid
Model Bella Hadid confirmed she had a rhinoplasty at just 14 years old, something she now regrets.
“I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors,” she told Vogue, adding that she’s never had fillers despite persistent rumours.
Bella, 29, also cleared up rumours of further surgery, saying: “I have never used filler. Let’s just put an end to that. I have no issue with it, but it’s not for me.
“Whoever thinks I’ve gotten my eyes lifted or whatever it’s called – it’s face tape,” she added.
“The oldest trick in the book.”
Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner finally revealed her exact plastic surgery secrets – including doctor details and breast implant size – in a buried TikTok comment.
Reality star Kylie, 28, made the admission in response to influencer Rachel Leary, who had praised her chest as “the most perfect, natural boob job ever” and begged for specifics.
To the surprise of many, the beauty mogul replied directly to the clip, writing: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”
The reality star previously addressed lip filler speculation in an interview with Hommegirls and said it was the main thing she always wanted.
Kylie shared: “I think a big misconception about me is that I’ve had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn’t.
“Yeah, I love full lips and wanted full lips, but growing up I was always the most confident person in the room.
“I was the girl performing for everyone. I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done.
“I don’t regret it. But I always thought I was cute.”
Toni Braxton
Un-Break My Heart singer Toni Braxton, 58, looked sensational as she rocked up to Kris Jenner’s 70th party and has previously shared the work she got done upon becoming famous.
Upon signing her first solo recording deal in the early 90s, the American singer got rhinoplasty, which was something she previously struggled with due to her religious upbringing.
She revealed in her 2011 memoir, Unbreak My Heart: “For a girl who’d just scored a record deal with two of the biggest names in the business, I actually felt very lonely.
“I’d been wanting to change my nose for years – I wanted it to be less broad. But because of the conservative ideas I was raised with, I struggled with the thought of altering my body.”
She added: “And of course, I later got my boobies done. I’d always been shaped like a gymnast – size double A breasts and thunder thighs. In fact, I wish I would’ve had lipo on my inner thighs. I’ve always hated them.”
Ariana Grande
Wicked star Ariana recently opened up about her tweakments, admitting she had used “a lot of lip filler and Botox” in the past but stopped several years ago.
The 7 rings hitmaker took Vanity Fair‘s lie detector test and set the record straight on speculation she has gone under the knife.
The singer, 32, firmly denied ever having a nose job, chin implant, or breast enhancement, saying: “That wouldn’t work for me.
“I don’t think that’s my thing and I’m okay with that you know?”
But she admitted was “in full support of all people who do these things”.
Ariana also revealed she had never heard of a fox eye lift until she was accused of having one.
Recently, the actress and singer has sported bleached eyebrows, light hair, making a major pivot away from her usual look that involved a spray tan and dark brown hair.
Sharon Osbourne
TV star Sharon Osbourne is no stranger to plastic surgery and has spoken candidly in the past about the vast number of times she has gone under the knife.
The 73-year-old has admitted to spending hundreds of thousands of pounds on cosmetic procedures, including facelifts, breast implants, a tummy tuck, eye lift, liposuction, Botox and more.
She’s spent the last 45 years nipping and tucking her body, in a bid to keep her youthful appearance.
The outspoken star said she’d had a “fix it job” to repair the results of her last botched facelift.
Claiming the previous surgery left her looking like “Quasimodo”, Sharon admitted she looked like a “f*****g cyclops” after one of her many operations.
Opening up about her latest surgery, she revealed: “There’s not one part of my body that I haven’t had twisted, lifted, elongated, whatever.
“I’ve been messed up many times. This last one was a kind of fix-it job from the guy that did it before,” reported the Daily Star.
But now, the wife of the late Ozzy Osbourne – who she was married to from 1982 until his death in July – has claimed that she has quit surgery for good.
Charlotte Crosby
Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby has been forthright about her experience with surgery.
As well as getting fillers, the reality star, 35, also admitted to having a £4,000 nose job to get rid of the “hook” in her nose.
In a candid Q&A on Instagram, Charlotte was asked if she had her pricey nose op in the UK or abroad.
She answered: “So glad I got rid of the hook. England. By @elitesurgical Dr Hassan he’s great.”
Charlotte has also previously spoken about having breast augmentation to remove her “uniboob”.
The star suffered from a medical condition called congenital symmastia – which causes webbing to occur across the breasts.
She had breast implants in 2017 to create a deeper cleavage – before having them removed in 2019 due to pain and side effects.
The Geordie Shore star was savaged by surgeons in 2021, after she became the subject of a new programme which left fans open-mouthed.
Charlotte revealed she was aiming for a more natural look in 2023 after becoming a mum, as she had her lip fillers dissolved.
Amy Childs
After shooting to fame on The Only Way is Essex in 2010, red-headed bombshell Amy Childs has had two boob jobs, Botox, lip fillers and veneers.
But a decade down the line, she has admitted she regrets “everything” – and ended up looking like a “freak”.
The TV star, 35, says she finally feels happy and confident in her own skin after falling for First Dates star Billy Delbosq, who she got engaged to in 2023 after dating since 2021.
Amy and Bill now have twins Amelia and Billy together, born in April 2023 and the glam star says becoming a mum helped ease her “obsession” with how she looked.
“With me now I am really confident and really happy,” said Amy.
“I have not had cosmetic surgery for a long time now, and, for me, being a mum you totally change the way you look at things.”
Olivia Attwood
Former Love Islander and Loose Women favourite Olivia Attwood, 34, has been candid about her surgery journey – and she’s not finished yet.
The straight-talking star has never shied away from discussing the work she’s had done, – two boob jobs, chin liposuction, plus regular tweakments of Botox and fillers.
Olivia discussed surgery on the second series of her ITV documentary, The Price Of Perfection, and despite having a self-confessed “pancake bum”, watching a BBL in Turkey put Olivia off wanting the surgery.
“I would definitely have a facelift in the future, as they can look amazing,” she says.
“I’ll have my breasts done again, because they’re only guaranteed for 10 years and, if I have kids, I’ll have to redo them. BBL is the only one I wouldn’t do, because the risk is too much. It’s one of the surgeries that has the highest revision rate.”
Ferne McCann
In 2016, Ferne McCann revealed the results of her secret nose job live on This Morning.
The stunning Towie star, now 35, underwent surgery after years of battling both cruel taunts from social media trolls and her own insecurities.
Showing off her new nose, she revealed: “It is subtle and I wanted it to be subtle.
“I didn’t want it to change my whole face… I didn’t want it to look different.”
Simon Cowell
Television mogul Simon Cowell has joked about his changing appearance, admitting to using Botox and trying a non-invasive thread-lift procedure known as a Silhouette Soft Lift.
Costing around £2,000, the procedure involves sewing bioplastic-infused thread into the face and neck, before tugging it to remove sagging skin.
Speaking to The Sun on Sunday, 66-year-old Simon said: “There’s lots of things you can do now.
“You don’t just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox.
“It hurts like hell but it gets rid of sun damage and unplugs all the crap.”
He later confessed he’d gone too far with cosmetic tweaks and has since scaled back.
In April 2022 the TV star decided to dissolve his fillers when his son Eric was “in hysterics” at his face.
Simon said: “Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.”
